# What's in Here

> A map of the Whey Cool Ranch knowledge base and how it's organized.

This is the **single home for Whey Cool Ranch intellectual property** — how we run the farm, teach our interns, build our products, and protect the business. It's assembled from every active WCR GitHub repository plus the internship program's working documents.

## The sections

## Two knowledge bases, on purpose

Don't confuse this with the other one:

* **This KB (internal IP)** — gated, for Claude, owners, hands, and interns. It documents *how Whey Cool Ranch works.*
* **The Goat Health & Husbandry KB** — a separate, public-facing product in the herdmate.io ecosystem. It documents *how goats work* (general reference care).

Where they touch — parasites, body condition, kidding, genetics — this KB **links to** the goat-health KB as the single source of truth rather than copying it, so the two never drift apart. A handful of its public articles are surfaced here for convenience under **Farm & Herd**.

## Where it comes from

Content is migrated from the WCR repositories (`whey-cool-ranch`, `herdmate-v2`, `commonacre`, `genetic_analytics`, `claude-workshop`, `brand`, `whey-cool-ranch-web`, `knowledgebase`) and the internship program drive. To contribute, edit the source and re-run the migration, or edit pages here directly once the KB is the system of record.
